Overview
This very easy form of Tai Chi is suitable for all ages and abilities. The movements naturally enhance the Qi flow through the body thereby revitalizing the tissues and organs. It combines calm and gentle exercise with the benefits of meditation.
Once you learn the moves it is hoped you will go on to practice daily on your own. For just 10 minutes a day it offers health, energy and tranquillity and helps to prevent illness.
