Report of April Committee Meeting 2026

The Trustees Committee met on 15th April at 9.30am.

The Treasurer gave his final report on income and expenditure up to 31st March,on a monthly basis and also up to the year end 31st March 2026. The Committee approved the report for presentation at the AGM in 24th April 2026. We also heard that the card reader is working and further stationary supplies have been purchased.

The first Renewal session for existing members went very well, and the Membership Secretary signed up 17 new members at the following Joining session

We discussed the negativity of some groups being 'Full' or displaying 'Waiting list' on the website and in the Newsletter. The Group Leader Coordinator will contact the group leaders involved with a few suggestions.

A Visualizer has been purchased after discussion in Committee at an earlier meeting and a  demonstration has been arranged and all Group Leaders to be advised. Haydn Moss will demonstrate.

Social Events have been arranged, including one on 10th July to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. There is another event at the July Coffee Morning, when some groups will entertain us.

Some items for discussion were postponed until the later months with a new Committee base, without the constraints of time.
